NOTE:
There is one copy glued to a sheet of paper, which was put
into a 2-ring binder.
The binder copy was written on.
If there are two copies, the other was numbered and date stamped.
As a 14yr-old, I didn't know any better.
Photoshop was used to combine the two copies in order to "create" a
clean version.
The number within the () indicates the number of copies that I have,
even if one is glued to a sheet of paper.
